At work we dropped IE6 compatibility a few years ago and I dream of the day we drop IE7 too. Stupid browsers... I try to make my sites at least work in IE7 and above, but I can't be bothered to make them look exactly the same graphically. Like with rounded corners and such. Good that you’re getting better sleep but being stuck with IE7 must suck.
At work we dropped IE6 compatibility a few years ago and I dream of the day we drop IE7 too. Stupid browsers…
I try to make my sites at least work in IE7 and above, but I can’t be bothered to make them look exactly the same graphically. Like with rounded corners and such.

Oh no :( I was without Internet at home for 2 weeks, and I know exactly how you feel. I agree that sleeping early has been one of the few benefits, as well as spending more time with my cats, but other than that, it’s pretty bad. Do you have a laptop you can bring to the library? I know most libraries offer free wifi, so that’s always an option if you want to avoid icky IE. Hope you get internet back soon!
